The program is designed for university students who are still pursuing their studies and wish to start their career journey early with MmBrand Group, provided that their field of study is relevant to the opportunities and career paths available within the Group.
Program Duration:
The duration and schedule of the training are determined based on the student’s circumstances, field of study, academic schedule, and the Company’s needs.
Training may take place during the summer break, spring break, or other suitable periods during the academic year, continuing through graduation and the transition to employment in accordance with the agreed arrangements.
Terms & Conditions:
• The applicant must be a university student enrolled at a recognized educational institution.
• The student’s field of study must be relevant to the opportunities available within the Group.
• The applicant must successfully complete the Company’s evaluation and selection process.
• The trainee must adhere to the agreed training schedule and the Company’s policies and regulations.
• The trainee must maintain the confidentiality of the Company’s information, business activities, and clients.
• The trainee will receive a salary during the training period, in accordance with the terms and arrangements specified in the agreement concluded with the trainee.
• The transition to employment after graduation is subject to the terms and arrangements specified in the agreement signed between both parties.
